Apartment or House?

Who would not want to have own a place to live? The answer is certainly not. Everyone has a desire to have a place to live, better apartment or house. However, it is not wrong if some or even most people choose to have an apartment and a house. If you want to have both, of course must have enough money.

For me, of course I want to have an apartment and a house. However if I had to choose one, I would choose the apartment. Why choose an apartment? Because, I think the apartment is better if invested than the house. Why is that? Because, we can rent an apartment we have to others. That way, we get the extra money of rent. In addition, the atmosphere in the apartment that is not quiet because we are surrounded and interact with others so it does not give the impression that creepy. In addition, the apartment can also be occupied alone or with relatives because the size of the apartment can be adjusted with the amount of people who will stay.

Conclusion, so whatever your choice, want to have a house or apartment all good. Make your desire happen to have both. But if you have to choose to have a house or apartment, choose according to what you want and provide the most benefits for you.
